Tailored to address the challenges Black leaders face, this program is ideal for executives and mid-level managers from across the country (residing outside of the Greater Pittsburgh region) who have higher level career aspirations.

Preparing senior-level managers from across the country for national and global executive advancement.

Emerging Leaders Program
Who is this for?
Designed to address the distinct challenges Black professionals face, this is ideal for leaders who are strong individual contributors or in early to mid-manager roles.
What is the goal?
Preparing professionals to transition from an early manager or individual contributor to an effective leader.
