National Executive Leadership Academy

This executive development program for senior leaders is ideal for Black leaders and their allies who are senior-level managers and executives.
This program is open to professionals from all ethnic and racial backgrounds in accordance with our Statement of Assurance.

With course content delivered in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business, this program equips senior leaders to drive strategic impact, lead across complex global organizations, and navigate the future of business with confidence.

Excellence in Leadership Program (formerly Emerging Leaders Program)
Who is this for?
This professional development program for emerging and established leaders is ideal for Black leaders and their allies who are strong individual contributors or early to mid-level managers.
This program is open to professionals from all ethnic and racial backgrounds in accordance with our Statement of Assurance.
What is the goal?
With course content delivered in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University, this program strengthens critical leadership and management capabilities, equipping participants to elevate their impact - driving initiatives, leading teams, and stepping into the next level of leadership with greater effectiveness and readiness.
