National Executive Leadership Academy

Who is this for?
Tailored to address the challenges faced by Black leaders and their allies, this program is ideal for executives or mid-level managers, located regionally or nationally, who have higher-level career aspirations.

What is the goal?
With course content delivered in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business, the program intends to prepare senior-level managers for national and global executive advancement.

Emerging Leaders Program


Who is this for?
Designed to address the distinct challenges Black professionals and their allies face, this is ideal for leaders who are strong individual contributors or in early to mid-manager roles.
This program is open to professionals from all ethnic and racial backgrounds in accordance with our Statement of Assurance.


What is the goal?
With course content delivered in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University, the program hones the skills rising leaders need to move into higher levels of management, successfully navigate challenges they may encounter, and support their strategic ascent up the organizational ladder.

Who is this for?
Designed to develop and support high-performing talent, this seminar is ideal for senior leaders, HR executives, and those tasked with organizational strategy. This session is offered to employees from TALI sponsor organizations.



What is the goal?
Led by Dr. Robert Kelley, a distinguished Service Professor of Management at the Tepper School of Business MBA program at Carnegie Mellon University, participants will learn what defines a star performer and how organizations can leverage these employees by getting them on the Critical Path.
