TALI® leadership programs prepare participants for professional advancement and success.


Whether you're managing for the first time or running the entire business, TALI offers both regional and national leadership development programs that are customized to support Black professionals and their allies.

Tailored to address the challenges faced by Black leaders, this program is ideal for executives or mid-level managers from the Greater Pittsburgh region who have higher level career aspirations.

This program is open to professionals from all ethnic and racial backgrounds.

National Executive Leadership Academy

Tailored to address the challenges Black leaders face, this program is ideal for executives and mid-level managers from across the country (residing outside of the Greater Pittsburgh region) who have higher level career aspirations.

This program is open to professionals from all ethnic and racial backgrounds.

Designed to address the distinct challenges Black professionals face, this is ideal for leaders who are strong individual contributors or in early to mid-manager roles.

This program is open to professionals from all ethnic and racial backgrounds.
