TALI Leadership Development

The National Executive Leadership Academy addresses the distinct challenges faced by Black leaders from across the country.

Who should apply?

Senior-level managers and executives from across the country with at least 10 years of work experience in corporate, nonprofit, government or entrepreneurial sectors with business functions in any US market are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have demonstrated leadership and a desire to achieve professional excellence.

When is the Academy?

September - December 2024

There will be two, one week in-person sessions (September 9-13 and December 2-6), 4 online sessions September through November, and one, two day in-person conference (time and location TBA).

Where is this located?

Hybrid | 2 months online, two, one week in-person sessions at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, and one, two day in-person conference (location TBA). 

The two, one-week in-person sessions will be held from Monday evening to Friday afternoon, and take place in Pittsburgh, PA on the CMU campus. Participants will receive nearby hotel accommodations for these sessions.

$20,000
Limited scholarship funding may be available for candidates from the nonprofit and public sectors.
